KiBet upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with a user. Data will be disclosed if required by the governing authority, the judge or another public authority, and/or in the event of a user violating the KiBet rules. In this case data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purpose.
 

The user himself/herself chooses a password and a username. It is the user's own responsibility not to share this information. If the user has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the user should immediately change the password оr contact KiBet’s Customer Support Service.

All Internet communications can be kept on record for accounting purposes.
 

Deposits via Payment Solutions may be partially and/or fully declined from time to time subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with the Financial Institution.
KiBet may request documents to verify the identity and/or other facts provided by the user before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals. This may cause slight delays.
 

The use and abuse of any bug in the gaming software provided on KiBet platform is illegal. The user detecting a bug in the gaming software must inform KiBet as soon as the bug is discovered. KiBet shall take all necessary measures in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug from a user such as blocking the user account, freezing the funds and eventually legal proceedings.
 

Only one bonus per household/IP address can be granted. In case of bonus abuse the bonus will be forfeited and any funds on this account shall be frozen.

KiBET manages data regarding a user in accordance with applicable laws and legal acts. KiBet upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with a user. This can only be breached by a decision deriving from the Governing Law and/or in the event of a user violating the KiBet rules.
